A better brain- and a happier, easier, more productive life-is within reach. You just need to get Head<br>Strong.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What I particularly liked about this book was Asprey\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s no-nonsense approach to<br>improving our mental function to its utmost capacity. I have read Asprey\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s bestselling<br>Bulletproof Diet book before this and Head Strong does not fail in living up to its<br>predecessor. This brilliant non-fiction title gives a thorough synopsis of why our<br>mitochondria i.e. our cells powerhouses, are so important. The book always kept me<br>guessing what gems of knowledge Asprey might promote, as he gives invaluable<br>information on how to supercharge our minds as well as reducing inflammation and<br>what foods to eat to make this a possibility. My favourite part of the book was the<br>chapter on smart supplements as the reader is given vital tips in which supplements<br>are best used to get the most out of our brain. Most of the book is mysterious as the<br>author gives a great insight into how vital our brains are to our everyday living and<br>the reader will no doubt benefit from adopting some of the advice in this book.
