When sent to boarding school to learn to be a lady, Marina decides instead to stow away on her father&#8217;s ship. A perilous voyage awaits &#8211; but where are they sailing to and why, and what has it to do with the dark shape in the deep that seems to be following them?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">An adventure\/ mystery story set on the seas in an alternative 1912 where World War One threatens. However this is not a war story and the First World War is only background noise to the mystery of Marina\u00e2\u20ac\u2122s missing mother. The plot is suspenseful and fast paced with a fairytale ambiance.
