Pin the elastic 1\/2&#8243; from top and 1\/2&#8243; bottom of right side of fabric as in picture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Do the same on the other side.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp; Pin the fabric right sides together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kildarelibraries.ie\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-4.png?w=265\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-432\" width=\"264\" height=\"352\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kildarelibraries.ie\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-5.png?w=265\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-433\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Press with iron. Create 3 pleats&nbsp;by: &#8211; a. Fold in half and press. b. Fold 2 quarters and press.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kildarelibraries.ie\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-9.png?w=291\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-442\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"aligncenter size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/kildarelibraries.ie\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/image-10.png?w=294\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-443\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">5. Measure less than half an inch from top, fold and pin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Continue and measure half an inch from each fold.
