But Rachel is keeping her real life a secret. Her wealthy family has no idea that she loves racing strangers in her Mustang.

Or about dangerous, intense Isaiah Walker. Isaiah has secrets too. And the last thing he needs is to get tangled up with a rich girl slumming it.

But when their shared adoration of speed puts their lives in jeopardy, Isaiah and Rachel have six weeks to come up with a way out- and to discover just how far they’ll go to save each other.

Review: This novel is a sterling example of the saying “ Don’t judge me until you’ve walked a mile in my shoes”, because Rachel’s life seems perfect…on the outside.

On the inside, her life is a tad more complicated than that. The biggest problem is that Rachel doesn’t know how to cope with it.

In one crazy night she finds herself drag racing. That’s where she meets unapproachable, badass, Isaiah Walker.

Of course, much like her I’m-Happy-All-The-Time facade, it’s just that, a facade.

Together they wind up in buckets of trouble. And it’s together that they have to find their way out.

If you enjoy teen romance, drama, and heart crushing moments of heartbreak and young love, this is definitely the book for you.

If you’d like to read this book, you can place a hold on a copy for pickup in any of our libraries by requesting it here.
