Celbridge Roll of Honour
Paragraphs have appeared in the newspapers from time to time showing how different districts have responded to the call for volunteers for the front, but we think in this connection Celbridge, having regard to the area and population, holds an unique position, according to particulars obtained locally some forty-four have joined the army from the district, and of these 25 have joined since the war broke out, while 27 of them belonged [to] the National Volunteers.
