Goff held a very successful auction for William Ryan, Esq., of farm, cattle, implements, furniture, etc. Ballymany Farm is situate at the Curragh edge, about 1\u00bd miles from Newbridge, contains 118 Irish acres superior grazing held under judicial agreement at \u00a3240 per year. The biddings were very brisk. Commencing at \u00a3500 they soon reached \u00a32,200, at which price Mr. Goff declared Mr. Gerald Hurley, of Old Connell, the buyer. Messrs. J. J.
