Sunk Fences faced with Stone and Mortar, six feet in height, or an eighteen inch stone wall, same height, including Scotch or proper Coping, as they deem advisable, with suitable Entrance Gates of Iron, hung from Stone Piers of proper dimensions: the whole to be executed in a permanent and workmanlike manner.<\/p>\n<p>Parties tendering will please estimate for each description of Fence separately, and also state the period required for the completion of the work.<\/p>\n<p>The Guardians do not bind themselves to accept the lowest or any of the Tenders, which will be received by me up to Twelve o\u2019clock on the above date.<\/p>\n<p>Security will be required for the due performance of the Contract and the Guardians reserve the right of inspecting the work, by themselves or their Celbridge, acting as the Burial Board of said Union, require them to properly <b>FENCE <\/b>and put, the same into <b>DECENT ORDER<\/b>, within Six Calendar Months from the date hereof; and that if
