There is a feeling of profound satisfaction among the party,\u00a0 at the end of\u00a0 the\u00a0 hustle\u00a0 and\u00a0 round of engagements,\u00a0 at\u00a0 the\u00a0 great success of\u00a0 the tour.<\/p>\n<p>The\u00a0 President\u00a0 paid a number\u00a0 of private calls to-day, including a visit to\u00a0 Mr. John\u00a0 Devoy.\u00a0 He attended a reception and luncheon given at the Lawyers\u2019 Club by Judge Cohalan, and met many prominent citizens there.<\/p>\n<p>The tour closed to-night, when the President attended the dinner of the St.\u00a0 Patrick\u2019s\u00a0\u00a0 Society,\u00a0\u00a0 Brookly,\u00a0 and paid\u00a0 a\u00a0 midnight visit to the Emerald Ball\u00a0 at\u00a0 the\u00a0 Waldorf\u00a0\u00a0 Astoria\u00a0 Hotel. He will drive direct from the hotel to the steamer, which will sail at 3 a.m.<\/p>\n<p><b>PRESIDENT GRATIFIED<\/b><\/p>\n<p>The president is highly pleased with the\u00a0 result\u00a0 of\u00a0 his\u00a0 visit, \u00a0and \u00a0the \u00a0very enthusiastic\u00a0 reception\u00a0 which was accorded to him everywhere he went.
