Mr. Cosgrove was the youngest son of Mr. Joseph Cosgrove, M.R.C.V.S., and Mrs. Cosgrove, Crotanstown House, Kildare and brother of Mr. Maxie Cosgrove, M.R.C.V.S.,\u00a0Parnell St., Dublin.
