Review
This is the first of Megan Miranda’s books for adults that I have read. The plot revolves around a young woman called Olivia, with transcripts of phone calls and live TV reports serving as flashbacks. Olivia deals with sleepwalking episodes on a regular basis. The flashbacks reveal that Olivia was known as Arden Maynor as a child. Furthermore, something traumatic happened to her. She changed her name and left her hometown when she matured.Â
The book gripped me from the first page and made me want to find out more. The plot is executed superbly, with just enough information to keep you second-guessing. All of the characters have something to hide, which makes them come alive on the pages. By the time the ending comes….it’s definitely a twist!
