Synopsis: Iris has a deep dark secret, one she doesn’t dare spill otherwise the Order will surely chain her up and throw away the key. She’s a girl with a hollow in the place where her soul should be.

But when Iris nabs a ring said to hold the memory of a soul’s destruction… she is reunited with her spark. A spark that may just ignite her whole world, and leave nothing but burning embers in its wake. . .

Review: The Girl With No Soul is a well-written fantasy fiction book with a world unlike any that has ever been written before.

Set in Providence, the Order judges the character by their soul. Determining whether it’s too sordid or too bright. The soul is made up of Shadow, Spirit, Heart, Song, and Spark.

But there are some, like Iris, who can’t be measured for they have no soul to be measured, judged, or seen.

The novel itself is full of fabulous description and writing.

It follows a lost, soulless girl, Iris, as she ventures into the unknown in order to piece together the girl she once was.

The truth may make or break her, unfortunately, there’s no way to find out until it’s already done.

The Girl With No Soul, is a wonderful new world to slip into if you are in need of an escape. The character is vibrant and relatable on some levels. Well worth the read.
