Synopsis: Zoe Fleming has devoted her time to raising her son Keenan all by herself. She’s never needed the help of anyone and doesn’t need it now. Not even when Sportswriter J. Cooper McKinnon begins to rent one of the rooms in her house. Sure, he’s a handsome man, and sure her heart races when he walks into a room, but Zoe isn’t under any delusions. He’s a class A bachelor and has no room in his life for her and her son. He’s the kiss-and-run type, she just knows it.

She’s determined to keep Copper at arms lengths but what happens when he’s determined to pull her in close? Could it be that Cooper is willing to accept Zoe as is? Mother first and foremost, and then the beautiful woman he sees her as?

There’s only one way to find out.

Review: The Best Mistake is a short novella, perfect for anyone who wants an easy read to lie back and relax with. The characters are amusing and obstinate, and there’s plenty of tension throughout. It kept me hooked to the end, I’d highly recommend!
