Spire at Naas Church – 150th Anniversary

‘ The 150th anniversary of the Spire at Naas Parish Church will be marked this Tuesday night (18th November) when local historians Paddy Behan, Stan Hickey and Liam Kenny will give a presentation in the new Parish Centre at Sallins Road, 8pm and all welcome. The Spire, still the town’s dominant landmark, was completed in December 1858, 150 years ago at the Church of Our Lady & St. David.’
